What does the 5-Star hospitality group handle?
The 5-Star hospitality group manages everything — villa upkeep, resort maintenance, day-to-day operations, guest bookings, housekeeping, and revenue generation. As an owner, you have none of the day-to-day responsibility.
What is revenue pooling and why does it benefit me?
Revenue pooling means all income from all 108 villas is combined before being distributed to owners. This means your returns are not dependent solely on your individual villa’s occupancy. Even if your villa is temporarily unoccupied — due to maintenance, seasonal reasons, or any other cause — you continue to participate in the larger resort revenue pool and earn your share.
What if my villa is under maintenance for a month?
Your returns don’t stop. Because revenue is pooled across all 108 villas, a temporary vacancy in your unit does not affect your income. You earn from the community’s collective performance, not just your own villa.
How many complimentary nights do I get as an owner?
As an owner, you receive 11 complimentary nights every year at the resort, with full access to all amenities during your stay.
What happens during the nights I don't use?
