You own the villa outright, with a title deed and full transfer rights. Lemon Tree takes over from there, managing guest stays, bookings and day-to-day operations end to end. Revenue is generated through resort operations and pooled across the property, with net returns split equally between Lemon Tree and owners on a 50:50 model. And whenever you want to come back, 11 complimentary nights a year are yours.
